Body & Sold
On Saturday, June 19, 2010, Soroptimist International of Glendale presented a staged reading of “Body & Sold,” a play by Deborah Lake Fortson of Tempest Productions designed to increase awareness about human trafficking and the sexual exploitation of women and children.
The performance, which was the first ever West Coast production, was held at the Glendale Community College Auditorium, and was directed by Jim Holmes.
